Oh, poor, poor Stephano – he can dish it out, but he just can’t take it. He wants to control everything and everybody. How long has he been playing God and he accused Sami(understand, I am not defending Sami.) of playing God. Sami has looked like a deer in headlights ever since she shot(?) E.J. I am really hoping that she was the one who shot him, so maybe Rafe will wise up and drop Sami and move on. If Sami tells Rafe that she shot Sami and he doesn’t report it, won’t that be considered aiding and abetting? Shame on him, he should know better.
September 20, 2010 at 10:43 am #16410KseeParticipantDon’t jump the gun she hasn’t told him yet, and I think Rafe will turn!! her in. Also, I still think somone else shot him. Unless they plan on filling up the jail with Salem Women
September 20, 2010 at 3:17 pm #16416PattiParticipantbut E.J. deserved to die. I just wish she would have been a better shot. I think he has put her through enough. I don’t want to see another amnesia story line, that’s for sure; but, in this case I hope he doesn’t remember a thing about the shooting, or he comes out of this with more than a little diminished brain capacity. I can’t take these two together any longer. I hope he wakes up thinking he’s still married to Nicole. Just my way of saying I really don’t care what happens to E.J., as long as these writers realize that Sami and E.J. simply don’t work. Rafe may be dull compared to a DiMera, but he’s not stupid. If Sami confesses to him, one thing I will go out on a limb and predict is that he won’t blackmail her or force her into staying with him, or use her children against her the way that lousy S.O.B., E.J., did and does, time and time again. So, no, I don’t have any hopes whatsoever for this couple, Sami and E.J., to ever be together. Lots of parents share custody of their children, but in this case, Sami should do everything and anything she can to keep those kids away from the DiMeras for fear of losing them forever. Have to admit though, love, love, love all of the actors talents where this story line is concerned. It has me really interested in it, no matter how much I desire to simply have E.J. find someone else to obsess over. And, if Sami ever takes him back again, then she deserves to be miserable with him ALL THE DAYS OF THEIR LIVES, and maybe the next time, cause there certainly would be a next time, she WILL be a better shot.
September 20, 2010 at 3:45 pm #16417BonoSugaRayParticipantE.J., of all villans, deserves to die?! No way! If he deserves to die, then the likes of Victor, Stefano, Kate, SAMI, and a host of others should have been deceased by now. {What’s with all this grave hatred for the one man on the show who actually makes it tolerable to watch?! ***I know, I know…I’m a bit bias to the handsome stud! lol***}
I can’t wait ’til E.J. gets back on his feet! Revenge is sweet, but PAYBACK is much loftier!
September 20, 2010 at 5:02 pm #16419bluebonnetParticipantThere’s no way they should or will kill off EJ. I’m sure that DAYS intends for him to be the future baddie on the show. Besides, I, too, love scenes with EJ in them. He is such a fantastic actor that I love him on the show even though I may hate his hateful acts sometimes. Actually, I can get madder at Kate than EJ.
September 20, 2010 at 6:48 pm #16422bradysgmaParticipantWhy did we Sami shoot EJ, and why does she think she did, if someone else might have done it? It makes no sense. It wasn’t a dream sequence. Unless the gun misfired and someone else shot EJ from the other side of the room. I do remember that the wound in EJ’s head was shown one time on his left side, when Sami shot him on his right side. (Does anyone have that scene on tape or DVR?) Did she have her eyes closed when she shot the gun and didn’t see anyone else at the time?
September 20, 2010 at 7:13 pm #16423MKParticipantSami did shoot EJ. I don’t see how it could be anyone else. I thought the wound was always on his right side where Sami shot him. I don’t recall seeing it on his left side at all. Good point about maybe her eyes were closed when she shot the gun, but even still, the wound was on the side she shot the gun and nobody was behind her. Even if it does end up that somebody else shot EJ (which I don’t think is the case but anything’s possible) and Sami missed, Sami still fired the gun at him so it’s still attempted murder.
September 20, 2010 at 7:53 pm #1642453tdogsParticipantI already mentioned the trajectory of the bullet and EJ’s wound. But then I just figured, the writers "sometimes" don’t give a blankety-blank about the reality of a story – (how many times have we all scratched our heads saying what’da’h- – -??? when and why did they do this)… Also, some one else mentioned the mirror in the bedroom that was kind of strategically placed…so we may see in the future what’s really going on – at this point who knows? (rhetorical question here).
September 20, 2010 at 8:44 pm #16427caseyParticipantwent into EJ, Sami is as guilty as the real shooter. I’m guessing we’ll see a temp. insanity deal here if and when this all comes out, as I can’t imagine Sami going to prison. Of course she could share a cell with Hope!
September 20, 2010 at 8:58 pm #16428DeeLanParticipantSince EJ’s head was turned away from Sami if he did regain consciousness enough to open his eyes he might have seen everything in the mirror and saw someone other than Sami. Will be good to see if he remembers anything after he wakes up which is not a spoiler since he hasn’t been written out. The question is only how long will it take for him to wake up and if he remembers anything will he tell the truth. Remember when he was shot before and he pulled a Sami by faking to still be in the wheelchair to keep her close to him.
September 20, 2010 at 9:02 pm #16429PattiParticipantand your love and glorification for this reptile is only superseded by my hatred of him. So, whether we’re biased because we love this kind of character or whether we hate him, that’s called yours or my prerogative.
September 20, 2010 at 9:13 pm #16430BonoSugaRayParticipantRight on!
September 21, 2010 at 12:37 am #16431bradysgmaParticipantSometimes I watch Days on tape and that day I did and I rewound the tape to see it again, and the wound was on the left side of EJ’s head even though Sami was on his right side and the bullet did not go through his head since they removed it on the operating table. I just wonder it there was another shooter on the other side of the room that Sami didn’t see. Maybe they were hiding somewhere.
September 21, 2010 at 12:41 am #1643253tdogsParticipantis well you know…and Sami is guilty right frame of mind or not.
September 22, 2010 at 2:14 am #16465drea4713ParticipantI still don’t understand how it can be anyone else but Sami. I thought the bullet was on the same side she was on. The ballistics report said the bullet came from the kind of gun that was in the desk drawer, that we saw in EJ’s hand and Sami picked up. I guess it could have just happened to be the same kind of gun that someone else fired??
