I know it’s been posted but just had to get it out of my system. Caroline is really turning into a shrew. And I agree with another poster – ever since she came back with a facelift (80 or not) she just can’t seem to talk right. The theory of altzheimers is sounding better and better. Days’ stories are becoming way too unbelievable again. I’m glad I don’t live in Salem if it’s that easy to change test results, walk into a room and shoot someone pointblank, live in a sarcaphagus, kidnap children, etc.
At first I thought it was her granddaughter Stephanie, but today’s episode made it clear that Stephanie wasn’t the one. So now I just don’t know who she would cover for. I hope she is very confused and only thinks she did it.
My number one choice has always been Daniel. I had hoped that he realized what Viv had done to Chloe and didn’t want to lose her. So when he found out she had a paternity test, he changed to result in the hope it would end the problem as he knew he would love the baby no matter who the father was. I guess I’m a dreamer.
with you "goldendaysfan". I just have this feeling about it. All the times Chloe tried to tell Daniel and he would ALWAYS cut her off, like he already knew but didn’t want it said out loud. You know "the coverup" will come out and ruin relationships, but not Daniel’s because he already knew, but loves her anyway! A girl can dream!!
made a mistake first, then Caroline switched it, and now it is right but no one knows that it is because the ones that know about the switch think it wasn’t Daniel’s. I know that sounds confusing but what was the purpose of that bumbling student nurse if not to screw up the original posting of the paternity test?
I’ve been thinking along those same lines. The tests were entered wrong to begin with and that’s when Stephanie first saw them. Someone corrected the results and that’s when Stephanie saw them the second time. Now Stephanie is telling people that the baby isn’t really Daniels (Ian, Kayla, and indirectly Caroline) So, when Caroline said she switched the results she wouldn’t have been lying but she didn’t do anything crooked either as she was doing what she was told which is correct an error.
Now somehow either through Melanie Daniel will find out or hear that that baby isn’t his and that might cause problems for Daniel and Chloe but later when it turns out he really is the daddy Melanie would be to blame for ruining his happiness.
says that the baby is Philip’s. Guess we’ll have to wait until December when Kayla returns and stirs the pot again.
Yes, that’s what the spoilers say now and probably how this will play out. Give it a few years and the truth will come out that Daniels the daddy and Melanie will have cost him precious time with his son.
