Rafe sure has done a 180 from December 2008, he used to be a vigilant and dedicated professional, also a true nice guy, the ultimate protector — He was a total knight in shining armor. Now one year later, LOOK what hanging around Sami has done to him. He’s quit his FBI job, contracting job, (seems to not be working – just like the rest of Salem), lies (keeps dire truths hidden is the same as lying), threatens, plots, plans, schemes…true, Rafe is an adult and can make his own decisions, but chalk up another one for Sami turning another nice guy to Sami’s demented loser lovers list.
with you on that. I NEVER liked Rafe EVER, but I sure am looking forward to watching Sami and RAfe’s lives fall down around them and she finally looses her kids, who don’t seem to be all that important to Sami anyway IMO. She knows how to "talk the talk, but she can’t walk the walk" as far as her kids are concerned.
I agree 100% with what each of you have said about Rafe. He and Sami are certainly partners in crime. She ruins anything that comes close to her.
I was never a fan of Rafe, and his latest acts have solidified him in my book of MORONS! Did any of you notice how he physically assaulted Nicole at the apartment (i.e., pushing her very aggresively)?! HOW DARE HE?!
everything and every one she touches turns to $&-T ! She’s been a little hellion since she was 15 years old, and we may have all had bad days, or a year or two – but Sami has no brains to grow up and be an adult. If I were Lexi, I’d have Sami medically tested to see why she is in a permanent, pouty teenager, me, me, my mode.
Sami could be a mass murderer and this attitude of just because he’s smitten with her, she can do no wrong. He’s no kid, he should know and behave better.
Hey, maybe what he did to his wife should warrant another look.
But I still like the actor.has become a complete disappointment. Early on, when he seemed like such a good guy becoming smittem with Sami, some of us advised him to ‘run as fast as possible’ from her. He should have listened!! How he has fallen!!!! I just don’t understand what it is about Sami that turns men into fools.

that all they are doing is causing the fans to explode with hatred of the character of Sami Brady, and that they have broken her so badly that it’s entirely possible they may never, ever be able to fix her. Too bad, because I love her and Rafe together, but she is having the opposite effect on him than was first seen by practically everyone … that he was a good and decent guy who loved her, regardless of her faults, would always be there for her and her children, but would in no way allow the law to be broken. Wow, did she have the wrong effect on him, because all she’s done is turn him into her.
Even though I watch very little of the show, I keep up with it on-line. That being said, I did watch Friday’s show because I wanted to see Kate’s jogging suit everyone was talking about (pretty ridiculous) so also got to witness the Nicole/Sami fight. When Rafe came in I could have smacked Sami – so self righteous – "My man’s is going to take care of all of this for me." I know she’s a character, but I just don’t see why all the men fawn over her. I’m really ready for her to switch places in prison with Hope and get her off the screen for a couple months. Get a new storyline going with yhe other characters. I just read the Corday interview. He must be living in a box because I truly don’t get how he feesl so confident about the storylines in the show. Maybe I’m just getting too old and cynical to enjoy a soap.
