Wow! I was shocked that it wasnt Chef Tsai! I’m glad it wasnt though, he was too smug. I was disappointed that it wasnt Chef Tio. I’ll be routing for Chef Forgeione! I like Chef Canora, although he doest annoy me alittle. but my hottie Chef Forgeione! YES!

I knew you’d be happy about Chef Forgeione – he is a great chef and has had some really innovative (sp?) creations! I like Chef Tsai – been catching his cooking shows off and on for years – I think he was exactly as you said "smug". Chef Tio – I would watch a show that she cooks on too. She was great with her receipes and not as "smug" as most of the guy Chef’s were. I’ve noticed most all of the male chefs have huge egos (not just on NIC but on many of the cooking shows it seems), some of the females also.
I guess they got us though remember we said that it would probably be a shocker and be Chef Canora and Forgeione. I would watch Chef Tio too. but heck, she may get a show anyway, look how many runners up and even further back chefs in competitions, like NIC and NFNS, look how many of them have shows now on foodnetwork or the new cooking channel. Chef Canora has a big ego too. but yes you are right, most of the guy chefs have huge egos. i think Bobby Flay has the biggest of them all. lol. as much as I love Rachel, ( I have her autograph!). she was in boston signing her book and my brother in law got my one. he lives there, anyhoo, she seems to be america’s sweetheart but you can tell she’s probably got the Star attitude sometimes. I do like Canora’s name…. Ca….nora…..LOL.
