    How did it happen? Why did everyone believe she was dead? When did they realize that she was actually alive? How did she get out of the coffin? Why did Vivian do it?

    I think I read that Vivian was killing Carly’s patients, like she did on Friday, right? If someone could explain the storyline, I would appreciate it.

    This plot was so ludricious (with oxygen being pumped into the coffin!) it was way beyond belief. Yet it kept me glued to my seat every day. Kind of like watching an accident.
