P&G and Walmart have been teaming up for Family Movie Night. One of their movies was Secrets of the Mountain with Shawn Christian. This time one of the stars is Brooke White from AI. The movie airs this Saturday (1/8/10) on Fox at 8/7c.
I was invited to view the movie and participate in a live chat with Brooke White (she’s very sweet and appreciative of any praise she gets). Have any of you bought any of Jennifer Hudson’s cd’s? I really like her on that weight watchers commercial but never heard her except on american idol. just wondering if any of you bought her cd’s.
I’ve only bought Kelly Clarkson and Chris Daughtry, and they were both great! I got first and 2nd cd’s of each.
I like most of the singles/videos AI winners put out during the first year after their victory. But like so many of the Idol winners, I hear one big first hit on the radio and nothing more. Many Idol winners/runnerups have gone on to hit Broadway or tv/movies or do Christmas CDs, which is good, but the whole idea is supposed to be a recording/concert career. They all seem to do well intially but are people like Fantasia and Ruben and Taylor and even Chris Allen still big draws?
