I was thinking about how nobody likes the R2 storyline and figured out a fix. It’s a sort of take on The Wizzard or Oz and Dallas.
Rafe’s been in a coma and everything with R2 has been his dream. All the other storylines have been real except where Rafe is concerned. He dreamed about Sami and R2 making love. He dreamed about Sydney’s birthday party. Well, actually Sami & EJ did have a party for Sydney and Johnny but Rafe wasn’t there, Sami was telling him about it and he dreamed it and put himself or R2 in the middle of it. Nicole and EJ did get married and Taylor did come to town, it’s just the SL’s with Rafe that weren’t real. They could tape a new birthday party and after he wakes up Sami could tell him about it again and they could show flashbacks but they’d be ones we’ve never seen.
of what we are seeing now. So, they would have to redo stuff and with budgets, you know that won’t happen! I’m thinking we’re stuck with this ‘crap’ until they finally realize the mess they made and have time to attempt to fix it.
but it has gone on too long and Rafe2 is just getting too obnoxious and disgusting to watch any more.
The problem with making it a dream is, after the Bobby Ewing incident, the concept was so surprising that anyone using the same thing now would be accused of causing the show to "jump the shark," (not that Days hasn’t jumped that poor shark inumerable times before).
Bonbon, just pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze end this R2 debacle now! I’d accept a coup de grace ending willingly, even a repeat of the Dallas shower scene!!!!! Goodness knows we have all put up with a heck of a lot more over the years!
i never thought they could do a story worse than the stupid enchanted forest or whatever it was called with Austin and Greta. i hate to say that this whole R2 crap ranks neck and neck with that one!!!!!! and we all remember how rediculous that SL was!
through May sweeps, and that’s when it will finally end. Dayscafe has spoiled that the "key will be the key."
