    Hey all,

    I borrowed my aunt’s juicer,  to see if I like to get one for myself.  wondering if you have any good juice recipies you’d like to share!

    Good for you Nora!  Look what juicing did for Mr. Jack LaLane!  Healthy into his 90++’s !!!   I really like number 4 on the list below – sooooo good!  Add some yogurt and it’s a smoothie!

    sure.  that would be great, never had carrot juice, i just told my mom today that i wanted to try it.  i love carrots so i’ll probably love the juice right?  you can email me at noralynn1976@yahoo.com.  Thanks.  it cant be bad if it’s sweet!

    I’m sorry, Nora, this isn’t a juicer recipe now that I remember.  But it’s good anyway if you want to try it.

    1 lb. carrots, 1 gal. water, 3" piece of peeled and chopped ginger, 1 1/2 c. sugar, juice of 2 or 3 limes

    Cook carrots until tender.  Blend in blender when cool and add sugar and lime juice.  Strain and chill.

    I don’t know, maybe you could also do it by juicing the raw carrots and adding the rest of the stuff.  There’d probably be nutrients in it that way.  As I said, it’s very sweet.  I would probably cut it down to only 1 c. of sugar.
