Whether you are a mom, yourself, or visiting with your children, or your children will be visiting with you, or perhaps you are planning to spend time visiting with your own mom today, I hope everyone has a beautiful Mother’s Day.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the Salemplace mom’s!!! it’s funny how you all are like family!! Hope you have a great day! We took my mom out to eat yesterday, thought we’d beet the rush. ha! It was packed yesterday at 3pm. ran into people we knew when we got there and they got there at 2 and had a 45 minute wait, we only had a 10! Went to Cheddars, not sure if thats a Chain or a local chain. it’s really good food at a good price. Got my mom some flowers and then a vase she was looking at one day when we were out shopping, and she didnt get it, i had my neighbor take me to get it for her! She was suprised! My mom is the absolute best!
cherish them and tell them you love them often. You can’t imagine how much you’ll miss them when they’re gone.
I especially think of Days of Our Lives on Mother’s Day because my mom is the one that got me started watching it. I may have told this before but she had to go to her Senior Citizens meeting which started at 1:00 and Days wasn’t over until 1:00 and she had to leave at 12:45 (that’s when it was only on for 1/2 hour) so she’d tell me to watch and tell her what happened. Of course that was like offering me one sniff of cocaine and addicted I became. You all know what happened next. Dear ol’ mom…see what you did? :o)
