Stefano is disowning EJ over this whole thing when he was every bit as much (maybe even more so) a part of everything that went on as EJ. It was Stefano’s original idea to replicate Raph so it all really started with him. He should be shouldering just as much of the blame. And disowning him as his son is way over the line.
but I think the reason he is so mad at EJ is because EJ didn’t follow his advice in getting rid of RoboRafe. So, he is placing all the blame on EJ for the plan not working. Does seem crazy, though, especially for a man who supposedly loves his family so much. He went overboard the same way with Tony!
especially after seeing the tears in Stefano’s eyes today as he told him to get out and not come back. Stefano may have been the original aficionado of the plan, but once he revealed it to junior, E.J. went right along with it, smiling, sitting cross-legged, smoking cigars and swilling the booze right along with Stefano, praising the brilliance of it all from the very beginning. Then, when E.J. found his "twu love" and decided things had been taken too far, he rejected Stefano’s way of doing things and decided to take over, failing miserably, leaving them in the lurch they find themselves in today. God, I wish they would just give Joe M. the reins and really let him ‘ACT’ out this role, because today he had me mesmerized.
that Stefano really didn’t want to do this in the first place but did it for EJ. Then EJ went and blew the whole thing over Taylor. Stefano hates Sami, Rafe, Nicole and now Taylor What he really wants is for EJ to find his "Katherine" and live a moderately happy life with somene as despicable as he is and never really fall in love. So it’s all EJ’s fault for not dumping all the women in his life and going along with Stefano’s ultimate plans and goals, if that makes sense.
they both manipulate their children’s lives and then blame the kids when things don’t work out the way they have it planned. As to EJ’s Kate: He had her in Nicole but he blew it to chase after her sister. Nicole was willing to keep her mouth shut and go along with EJ and the D’s business stuff but he blew it with her.
Stefano wouldn’t have considered dumping EJ if he didn’t now have a "spare" Dimera to focus on. Here’s hoping Johnny stays far away from the whole family!
Stef made it clear he didn’t like EJ’s plan and it never played for me that the ends would justify the means. Going through this whole fiasco simply to get Rafe away from Sami and the kids was way over the top.
So what does EJ do now?the game the way he wants them to – but look how many of his children he’s thrown under the bus over the years, Lexie, Tony, etc., and now EJ…because Stefie has Chaddwick to manipulate into his web now…I hope Chad gives Stefano a what-for and how come and doesn’t fall into Stef’s clutches. As much as I love Stefano, I’d hate to see him do this to Chad, I would much rather Stefano take on an adversary – like JB when he comes back – John paying back Stefano for all the trouble he’s caused in Salem over the years would be just wonderful. And the cat and mouse game played would be so fun to watch!
