In the post below we are all complaining about the president interupting our show…(and rightly so) I remember hearing that one of our presidents would not go on during the afternoon because of womens soaps..does anyone remember this? LOL

‘press conferences’ at that time. For some reason, I want to say it was Gerald Ford but it could also have been Bill Clinton. Since Ford was never really ‘elected’ it probably was him, lol!
