toward Carly? When Vic pounded her about doing in Carly asap
Viv to me appeared rather shocked. I expected her to be grinning ear to ear that Vic was so on board with her diabolical plan.
Though doesn’t she want to slow torture Carly? Has Vivian said she actually intends to kill Carly?January 16, 2010 at 12:05 am #970853tdogsParticipantI think Vivy has said more than once that she intends for Carly to pay the ultimate price. Though perhaps, she has not actually said the words, "I’m going to murder her". I would find it highly amusing if Vivian re"buried" Carly. Bo would of course have to come riding to the rescue.
However, I think it would be an even better scenario if someone else from Carly’s past "rescued" her from the grave, someone that we would not suspect, only this person would be interested in exacting revenge not rescue. Then, (wait, not finished yet with twisting), Carly’s daughter (whomever she turns out to be – not saying incase some have not caught up with SL yet) would have to really rescue Carly from the clutches of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _!
January 16, 2010 at 1:45 am #9711DeeLanParticipantI always thought the ultimate price Vivian was talking about was loosing her daughter. I thought she’d drive Carly nuts and either kill her daughter or make her daughter hate her so much she’d loose her forever.
January 16, 2010 at 2:08 am #971353tdogsParticipantof your scenerio because I think her "daughter" is a contracted actress with the show now (?) and will be around for awhile – but Vivy could make Carly think that she killed her daughter – as you pointed out that would make Carly loose it forever.
January 16, 2010 at 4:52 am #9715kprstrsParticipantWhat about Viv burying the ‘daughter’ alive and therefor driving Carly insane? Vivian has a black heart. Put nothing past her.
January 16, 2010 at 12:15 pm #9716BonbonParticipantI was always under the impression that Viv was going to kill her daughter so she would know what it felt like to lose a loved one as she had lost Lawrence. My guess is that she will probably "do away with" Mia, mistakenly thinking she is Carly’s daughter.
And I don’t understand why we’re not referring to Melanie as her daughter. That is not a spoiler as she said her name on Friday’s show.
January 16, 2010 at 3:11 pm #9721caseyParticipantViv actually killed Mia, thinking she’s Carly’s daughter. I’m not invested in this character and she seems disposable (no pun intended!) for me.
January 16, 2010 at 5:32 pm #9725BonbonParticipantEOM
January 16, 2010 at 6:44 pm #9734IzzyBParticipantI want her to know what it is like to lose a child or something like that.
January 17, 2010 at 1:20 am #974353tdogsParticipantone more twist and it’s not Mel even though Carly says it is…After all how would Carly know without DNA tests? (Where’s Sami when you need a DNA test?) Carly has not seen her child since she was born or very young. Granted Mel is a bit older than Mia – however, Mel may be a bit younger than they first made her out to be.
In the real world, you can go into nursing school right after HS and you can graduate HS at a late 16 years old, (I did – in Texas way back when you could start kindergarten at 4 in parochial school so that FF’s my HS graduation), or graduate at 17 years of age. That would make her still younger than we think. They never did say how long she went to nursing school, or was even close to finishing (like everyone in Salem – you can have a college degree or a MBA in six months, and seems like you can get a PHD even a year or two after HS). So Mel could be a bit younger and that’s why Carly would think Mel is her kid, not Mia – Mia’s – is what a senior in HS? I would like it to be Mia instead of Mel – Vivy can get rid of Mia – too morose as we’ve all said.
January 17, 2010 at 3:48 am #9748IzzyBParticipantThat Mel did not go straight from HS to Nursing school. Also, she was 18 or 19 when we first met Mel. So she would be at least 20 now. Mia is 17 or 18 as she would be a senior in HS. Whether it is a 1 year or 2 year difference, Carly would have to know when she gave birth to this baby.
Also, she knew who she gave the baby too, because she said that to Bo once. That Lawerence made her give the baby to that awful man. It was her punishement.
January 17, 2010 at 2:32 pm #9755caseyParticipantVivian doesn’t capture/imprison Mia – had enough of that!
January 17, 2010 at 2:39 pm #9757DeeLanParticipantIf Melanie went to school in Europe she may be ahead academically but I do remember when she had her 18th birthday after she came to Salem. Mia might be a year behind since she probably took a year off while she was pregnant and went to Japan but with Salem who knows.
January 18, 2010 at 8:08 pm #9774TopazParticipantMelanie celebrated her 18th birthday in Salem sometime in 2009. I always thought they made a point of her turning 18 so that she would no longer be jail bait. Also, I thought Mia was 16 when she gave birth, and that was one year ago this month.
January 18, 2010 at 9:10 pm #977853tdogsParticipantbut as long as she could make Mia "disappear" for awhile – I’m all for it. I’m tired of Mia and her sullen, down ways all the time (and this making her a coniving, devious and scheming little b-tch all of a sudden isn’t endearing her to me), perhaps if Viv did "take her away for a bit" then Mia could come back a trifle more interesting.
