I thought John and Marlena were staying in the penthouse. If that’s the case, who in the heck could heave the brick through a window that high up?
If they aren’t in the penthouse, where are they?
Or they moved into that safe house Rafe/Sami were in? More likely, someone forgot they are supposed to be in Marlena’s penthouse!
Marlena sold the penthouse when John was missing or presumed dead and bought a smaller apartment. Sami lived there for a while after Marlena and John left.
to be at least on a second floor…or am I thinking of Marlena’s "old" apartment – but then didn’t she say she was glad that it didn’t sell? I’m lost and can’t find my way out of the building…
She sold the penthouse that John bought for her, the one with the staircase that she fell down when she was pregnant after returning to Salem with Roman. She bought an apartment and after they moved to Switzerland Sami stayed there until a pipe conveiently burst courtesy of the DiMera’s forcing her to move in the mansion with Johnny and Sydney. She couldn’t move back there after everything was fixed because Marlena was going to sell it and that’s the last we heard about it until Marlena said she was glad it didn’t sell.
my TV, but I sure didn’t hear any glass break. It seemed very strange that they were sitting there chatting and all of a sudden they’re scattering for whatever reason. Were my ears not hearing properly? Was there the sound of breaking glass?
Abe explained that the brick was not thrown from the street cause they were too high up. He stated that it was from a building across the way or from higher up. It is the apartment Sami stayed in for awhile befor the pipes burst and she moved to the DiMera’s.
out for professional baseball! That’s quite an angle on a throw and even from across the street a brick is one heavy object to get that distance even with a good wind-up and throw.
Marlena bought the apartment AFTER she sold the penthouse. This was when John was thought dead. After they moved to Switzerland Sami lived there for a while until a pipe burst and flooded the place. That’s when she had to move into the DiMera mansion until the pipes were fixed. She couldn’t move back into the apartment because Marlena decided to sell it. We never heard anything more about it until the night of the party and Marlena said she was glad it didn’t sell.
