Bo and Hope’s house

We haven’t seen Bo and Hope’s house in a really long time. Anyone know if the powers that be have ditched that set? It seemed a bit contrived that Bo and Hope were in Gran’s house when Bo was putting the bike together. One of them said something about Jennifer letting them use the house to assemble the bike, but then I think they mentioned Ciera being upstairs, so that reason didn’t exactly make sense.
