Does anyone know if Rafe ever finds out about Sami and EJ? If so, when? Thanks. Oh, and does he finally LEAVE her a**?
December 30, 2011 at 5:18 pm #3003153tdogsParticipantup and down – saying PLEASE, Please, Oh pretty please – Yes! Let Rafe get a clue!!! I’d be making maragrita’s and popcorn just to see that happen and rubbing my hands together with glee!
I know you all will think I’m harsh towards Sami; mayyyyyyyyyyyyybe so, and caveat here: I do like the character of Sami….so I’m just going to say what I’ve mentioned to you all a million times – "I just wish they’d let her grow up already!"
December 30, 2011 at 5:29 pm #30033PattiParticipantbut I don’t know whether it will be because he finds out about her and E.J., or if it’s because she took the job with CW (Kate) without talking to him about it. He did agree to go into business with Carrie, but had the courtesy to put his wife’s thoughts about it first before committing to Carrie’s offer. Doesn’t, once again, say much for Sami’s consideration of how Rafe would feel before she took Kate’s offer, especially when Rafe KNOWS it was the DiMeras who set John up.
December 30, 2011 at 10:53 pm #30044macrrParticipantUh oh. Sorry for misleading you and getting your hopes up. I hope he does get a clue and dump Sami. I am with you all the way in your feelings about Sami.

They love each other too much and Rafe is so good for her AND her kids. Even Will recognizes that. Of course we know the writers can’t stand to leave any couple together for any length of time, I DO NOT WANT THEM TO BREAK UP RAFE AND SAMI!!!
January 2, 2012 at 4:24 pm #3008953tdogsParticipantto Rafe pysche if he doesn’t leave her. Eventually, like the song goes, "…No more, Mr. Nice Guy baby, no more Mr. Please…." Of course if he doesn’t leave after all she has done, then Rafe may need to see Marlena as he’s proving to be a masochistic type personality if he continues. If Sami gets some help and changes and matures and then Rafe goes back to her, well, then fine!
January 2, 2012 at 5:40 pm #30098PattiParticipantand Austin …. lousy writers can’t let any couple stay happy.
January 2, 2012 at 7:53 pm #30109shadowParticipantand "pet" Sami because he knows she could explode any minute. He needs to quit coddling her and wake up to the face that she will never grow up. I can’t wait for the truth to come out and for Rafe to wise up and leave her(for real). She shouldn’t get a "get out of jail free" pass for what she did with E.J.
January 2, 2012 at 10:07 pm #3011453tdogsParticipantwhen he finally wakes up and smells the coffee. Rafe is like Roman, needs a nice woman. Roman’s stuck with Sami because he’s her dad, but Rafe – in the words of "Gumpism" "Run, Rafe! Run!
January 3, 2012 at 12:24 am #30116powerpaw2ParticipantIt’s "no more Mr. Nice Guy, no more Mr. Clean". BTW, listen to "Elected" by Alice Cooper. What Alice says after he goes through the list of cities at the end has to be pretty darned close to what politicians are really thinking.
January 3, 2012 at 1:07 pm #30123BonbonParticipantthat pretty much accepts anything that comes from their spouse. I’ve know several of them myself. My brother, my oldest son, my son’s godfather, the guy across the street, just to name some very close to me.
They always defer to their wife before making a decision. They easily give in to avoid an argument and they are commonly referred to using another name for a kitten and a method of delivering pain. (Know what I mean?) It’s a perfect match for a controlling wife. And I believe we could quite accurately use that description with Sami.
