Lisa really went off on Dyana. I have to hand it to Dy, nothing seems to push her buttons and she remains calm in the face of it. Her weapon of choice appears to be her rambling dialog which gets on my nerves as much as Lisa’s foul mouth.
But clearly, on this task Dyana was downright ill-prepared and over her head. I didn’t even know what she was trying to convey. She further managed to make Clay erupt.
Although I cannot stand Lisa, Trump had no choice but to fire Dyana.

what she did.  I just can’t believe nobody says anything to Lisa about her temper, her foul mouth, and the horrible things she says to Dyana.  That is totally inexcusable, unprofessional, and just plain mean-spirited.  The day she gets voted off I’m going to stand up and cheer.

The more I watch this show, the more I’m convinced that, although not necessarily scripted, it is "directed" to go a certain way.  Even though Dyana doesn’t have a musical background, I think she could have taken better control of the situation.  And I think Clay’s complaints about her were totally contrived.  He could have handled it better also.  It appeared to me that the whole night was completely fabricated to go against Dyana and justify her firing.  Too bad too because she seems to be a very nice person.  (I would not have sat there so calmly and listened to what Lisa was saying.)  But, you know what they say about the nice guy…

It’s really to bad because I’ve always liked this show but it’s proving to me more and more that it is no longer a reality show but a scripted drama.  We are only seeing what the producers want us to see, not what would really be happening without their "assistance/direction."   It’s becoming more apparent on Survivor also.  I’ve always thought Mark Burnett was a very clever guy but I think he’s come to the end of his rope.

so I don’t feel sorry for her that she was fired.  Clay and Lisa, albeit in somewhat of a rude, crude and lascivious manner, were absolutely right in that Dyanna was completely out of her element.  Clay or Lisa should have been project manager, even though Clay was project manager of the prior task before this one.  Dyanna brings out the worst in everyone and anyone she tries to work with because her only talent is her face.  I don’t care how well she did on the one task she managed to win.  The girl may be beautiful, but she’s an airhead and cannot get her point across because she she’s do difficult to understand.  I’m glad she’s gone.  Now let’s see how Clay handles Lisa, although I do think that Clay can give as good as he gets.  I agree that Dyanna has no point to make; she just runs on and on and on, talking right through anyone else trying to make their point, and most of the time she’s wrong.  She had 2 professionals she tried to tell how to do their profession.  What she did at the end, walk out and look great, was all she was capable of doing.  Can anyone just hear her now trying to sing or trying to moderate?  I don’t!  She not only was not qualified for that task last night …. SHE PROVED IT!  Trump was right to fire her.
