Is it me…or does anyone else get the feeling that Kayla and Abe are going to turn to each other over their marriage situations? And not necessarily for sex…but I just get the impression that they both are losing spouses and now that the writers are puttting them together in scenes, it just seems kind of like a forced relationship. Even if it’s just friends.
but it looks like those silly writers are hinting toward at least chem-testing MBE and JR., which I find ridiculous. They can’t write for the couples they do have without throwing turmoil into the mix. They need to fix what’s already broken first.
Man I REALLY hope they don’t throw Abe and Kayla together!! heck he just lost his wife! and Kayla? sorry they have no romantic chemistry, it would be another couple forced down our throats.
Sorry but I did not like that dress Kayla had on today, it did not flatter her at all!! I d like her hair that way though.
On dayscafe it says things get heated between Jenn and Kayla. Wonder what in the world would they be arguing about, unless it’s Abe.
And that the new writers will forego this pairing. I find it insulting to Lexie if Abe jumps right into Kayla’s arms and Lexie isn’t even dead yet. And even if she were dead, her body’s not cold yet. As for Kayla, shame on her for latching onto the soon to be widower. What an insult to all of our long time favorites for making them people that we will hate , if this pairing happens.
Sorry Kayla fans, but I think her sudden exit from love with Steve makes her a real drip. So he likes adventure, she knew that when she fell in love with him. Does it have to be Kayla’s way, or the highway??
John returned to the ISA also against Marrlena’s wishes but it didn’t break up their marriage Lame, just plain lame.
when the new writers take over. Personally, I think they are just chem-testing Kayla and Abe right now, and for this fan the results are not good. They are great as friends —- let’s leave them that way. Steve Nichols has been pretty secure in his job with Y&R, so it doesn’t seem to me he will want to be returning to DOOL; but, you never know. His wife on that show has been let go, and it is rumored she may be returning to DOOL, but there has been no confirmation that Eileen Davidson will be returning, just wishful thinkers like me. However, Steve (Patch) Johnson is just one of those characters for me who, like Bo Brady, simply cannot be replaced.
I don’t mind Kayla being there for Abe as a good friend…he will need someone to confide in and all of his other friends have their own "issues". I do NOT like them as a couple…it is too soon. Lexie was the love of Abe’s life and they have been together too long for him to start having romantic feelings for anyone else. It would be disrespectful to Lexie for Abe to become romantically involved with ANYONE so soon. Unfortunately these writers don’t seem to know how to write FRIENDSHIPS between the opposite sex… Case in point: Rafe/Carrrie…should have been friends; Nicole/Daniel…be there for, her don’t fall for her. I’m sure there are others…
