She’s driving me NUTS! Does she or does she not have an accent? I don’t care either way, I only wish she would pick one and stick with it! Has anyone else noticed?

and in doing so simply falls out of it.  I don’t mind the actress in the role, but she’s no Tanya Boyd, that’s for sure.

I agree Patti – she WAS Celeste!  I also thought she had class – and I loved the clothes she wore, (even when they were over the top – Celeste carried the outrageous fashions much better than Katie could ever hope to).  Loved everytime I heard her say, "Well, you know darrrrrrrling…"

stating that she had other commitments.  Later it was stated on several boards and sites that she right before she was to start taping, she suffered a minor stroke, but it was never confirmed by anyone representing Tanya or the show itself.  I tend to believe the latter, because she was confirmed, signed, sealed and ready to roll, and then it was abruptly announced that "they couldn’t get Tanya" and she was replaced with the current actress.  If Tanya did suffer a debilitating stroke, I hope and pray that she is fine now and in her recovery phase.

What I can’t figure out is why her and seem to be at odds.  It’s like they just tolerate each other and from what I remember Celeste was always in Abe’s corner and taking Abe’s side when he and Lexie had an argument.  When Lexie was thought to have left Abe with Tek (we found out later she was in the tunnels), Celeste stayed with him and helped him care for Theo.
