weird plot twist I came uo with–feel free to add on

Here is an odd plot twist. Lucas and Sami are working on getting back together. They are taking it slow and holding off on the sex. Kate begins to feel ill. She finally goes to the doctor. She has cancer again. Sami turns out to be the closest match they can find for a marrow donor.Kate is freaking, saying she would die before she’ll let Sami save her. Sami promises Lucas to be willing if his mom will accept her help. Kate goes downhill rapidly. She is to a point where Lucas is given her medical power of attorney. Lucas decides to go ahead with the transplant. The transplant saves Kate’s life. She is mad as can be about Lucas going against her wishes. It is making her crazy to have a part of Sami inside her. She freezes Lucas out. Sami is supportive of Lucas. People take sides. what will happen….
