Again we have an entire episode of watching two different people counceling or consoling. I’m beginning to think these new writers are all a one-trick pony. The only break was watching Nicole grieve, which she did so well.
Now why did she take her chart? Is she going to try and hide the fact the baby is dead? If so, why? I can’t figure out where they’re going with this.

From an emotional/psychological standpoint I do think it might be some kind of denial or just a reaction of devastation. We haven’t been given any evidence that Nicole is up to something – yet.
and throwing that file away was just plain stupid on her part. And in the HTS, no less, a place where everybody knows your name. Nicole obviously won’t want anyone to know she lost that baby yet, because IMO now she can once again manipulate Daniel into leaving with her. Then she can replay the actual event that happened, which is the baby is dead inside her, blame it all on Jennifer for stressing her out, deliver a dead baby, and her and Daniel can live happily ever after. That IS soooo Nicole’s M.O., so it would be no surprise to me in the least. I hate that she cares more about losing Daniel than she does about losing her baby. Throwing that file away was a surety of that for me, since she already knows her child is dead. Honestly, I hope they never make Nicole pregnant again; this kind of story line for such a multi-talented actress as Ari is non-deserving to her and to the general audience as well. Thing is, now we all know that at some point someone will find that file in the trash, disclose her scam, and once again her number will be up. JMO here …. not a spoiler!
There is a trail on a master computer somewhere, not just a paper chart. It is the digital age, is she that foolish to think that there is no ther record of her baby’s death.
The computers at the hospital were down when she was there for her doc’s visit. The doc left right after her appointment so she can’t enter it and there’s now no file so as far as everyone is concerned there was no visit, except Maxine saw her there.
tossed her medical file in the trash. It didn’t look like Billie got there in time to see her do it, but I’m sure they’ll play it out later that she did see something. At least, I’m sure someone will stumble upon them somehow.
the hospital computers crashed that day and it was mentioned that everything furing that time had to be done the ‘old fashioned’ way …. handwritten charts, so for now Nicole’s report would not be in the computer, the doctor who made them is in South America, and there’s no back-up for the hand-written report.
nefarious plot to drug the baby and deliver it?
I cannot imagine any drug would knock a kid out for an indefinite amount of time (not to mention the moral uproar.) Plus there has been no pressure to get Nicole to a hospital to deliver.
But definitely someone is going to find that file.
