So now it will be all sympathy for Nicole and Jen be damned? And everyone will think Jen was responsible for the baby’s death? That is, until someone discovers the truth.

I knew she was going to claim Jen "pushed" her down the steps so I watched very carefully and she definitely did NOT push her.  Intentionally, anyway.

remember happening as they came upon the struggle between Jen and Nicole.  Jen kept yelling to Nicole, "stop it" and "let me go".  I realize that Jen’s actions will be in question; but, I believe if you add her words to her actions, it will seem that Jen was just trying to get Nicole to unhand her.  Of course, this is my more logical take on what happened.  The word "logic" has no place in the writing for Days.

with everyone witnessing Jen’s hatred of Nicole and her obsession with keeping her away from Daniel will find little to defend Jennifer. But I found it odd that with every chance Jen had to get in Nicole’s face and prolong the hostility, that suddenly she wanted to get as quickly away from her as possible.
I don’t know if they would do an autopsy on the baby. That should show a blow did not kill him.
And what will be EJ’s role/reaction in all this?

Oh just wait til you see ej’s role. I’ll post it on the spoiler page if you wanna know. Of course it’s despicable.

bodily harm to Jennifer, thus the scalpel she put into her purse before she left to confront Jennifer after she heard her message on Daniel’s phone.  Of course, they won’t be able to prove this, unless, of course, they find the scalpel with her prints on it and question why she had it with her.  Then I will be willing to bet that Daniel will discover the phone message left by Jennifer, which will also be proof of the time and date the message was left.  In any case, I watched carefully as well, and Jennifer absolutely did NOT "push" Nicole; Nicole had a hold on Jennifer and when Jennifer pulled herself away, Nicole lost her footing and fell.  But, of course, that won’t be Nic’s story in all likelihood.
