After watching last night I’ve come to the conclusion that Shawn and Derrick will win. They just seem to be consistently the best and I think both of them have a pretty good fan base. I would probably prefer Melissa and Tony but I’d be okay with Shawn and Derrick.
I think tonight we’ll see Emmett and Kelly going home. At least I think that’s who should go.
I really enjoyed last night…all of them…except I fell asleep for Kelly and Val’s last dance. Melissa and Tony were especially good with their caveman dance.

Of course, neither of them ever having one before would make their winning so much more gratifying. My thoughts are that Apolo and Kelly will go home tonight.
November 20, 2012 at 4:28 pm #36525PattiParticipantI can’t see what people see in Emmitt. All of his dances look the same to me. Although I think you’re right, Lucky, I will be sad to see Kelly go. I know a lot of people don’t like her, but I think she’s a terrific dancer for as petite as she is. Val pulls her all over that floor, and yet she manages to keep up with him. One slip of the hand and I’m always expecting her to go flying across the room. I agree about Melissa and Tony. I’d love to see them win it. She and Tony look like they’ve been partners for years, and they are so in sync with one another. Derek and, especially, Shawn just seem to get better and better. Her gymnastic skills give her so much flexibility. Couple of slips last night could knock out Karina and Apolo, but who knows …. the votes continue to surprise me each week, especially after Gilles was sent packing last week. Right now it’s anybody’s trophy to win; but, like you, I’m rooting for Melissa and Tony.
November 21, 2012 at 11:01 pm #36553BonbonParticipantthey got it half right. Except I think Kelly should have gone instead of Apolo. I agree she is a good dancer but I thought Apolo was better. Last night was really. Paula Abdul’s number was fantastic. I thought it wasn’t quite as polished as it should have been but it was very creative and well done.
And how in the heck did they do the slo-mo in the middle of Derrick’s dance? I watched to see if there was a camera switch and there wasn’t. And Tom said it was live. That was very interesting.
November 22, 2012 at 1:26 pm #36559SWParticipantThey are great together and Tony needs a win! I would love to see someone who hasn’t won, win!
November 22, 2012 at 4:24 pm #36570PattiParticipantcan’t help it; I just like her a lot. I guess it’s because she’s a soap star, and she’s terrific on General Hospital. I did feel bad for Apolo and Karina, but those slips eventually catch up with you, and they’ve made several along the way. Kelly will more than likely be next, though. I just can’t see her beating Shawn or Melissa; but, hey, so far she’s surprised many. Her co-star mom and sister from GH have been in the audience almost every week. Good for them being there for support.
November 22, 2012 at 7:16 pm #36577BonbonParticipantyes, she’ll be next. Next week is the finals. As much as I’d like to see Melissa and Tony win, I’m pretty sure it will be Shawn and Derrick.
November 23, 2012 at 9:28 pm #36596MKParticipantI have not watched since Sabrina was voted off so was very surprised to hear they are down to three couples. I am shocked that Kelly is still there. She is good but not great and should have gone before Sabrina, Gilles, and Apolo but she must have a huge GH following. When I watched last, she had the lowest scores for at least two weeks and she has no personality.
I would love to see Tony win as he really deserves it. Don’t know if I will watch the finals. Because it is a popularity contest, I may get aggravated again, especially if Kelly wins. I think I will just read about it.
