I was kind of disappointed in this, what they called, the "season" finale. I don’t know how they can bring it back for another season when they kill off the star. At least they didn’t leave everything hanging like they so often do. It kind of made me think it was a one season only show.
That’s because it is a one season show. it was cancelled in Nov. so I guess they tied up all the loose ends. My hubby thinks that it was just too close to truth in these times of uncertain conditions in the world. I really enjoyed this show and I love Andre Baugher.
It seems every show we like gets cancelled so we knew it was doomed from the beginning. I’d heard they were going to bring finality to the story and not leave it hanging but it seemd they just threw that last episode together to put everything in a nice box with a pretty bow.
I just thought it was strange they called it a season finale then in stead of just "the" finale. Like that show Political Animals. We knew right from the start it was a "limited engagement" show so we weren’t expecting it to return but I thought Final Resort would. Yes, I’ve always liked Andre Braugher too. He was so good in that show with Ray Ramano about the middle-age guys. Another good show that bit the dust.
