regarding Thursday’s show, 3/7/13:
Shame on writers using Maxine and Kayla to prop Dannifer. Waste of two talented actresses. I would like to see a take-down of Anne by either Maxine or Kayla;
The only thing worse than Chloe’s story line is having NB return in the first place. At least Patrika Darbo may salvage some of it for me.
As for Anne, she has become a cartoon who goes around town following Daniel and/or Jennifer so she can report her findings back to Chloe, thereby reducing a very good actress to a temporary baby-sitter/mole/lip reader/bionic listener for Chloe Lane, while at the same time earning the title of queen of the *itches when it comes to Jennifer —- and still nobody knows why.
Nicole, please take Chloe’s advice on one point — get out of living in that convent/church. I am sick and tired of watching your angst over not being able to taste the forbidden fruit.
Victor – "How touching; I suppose if she needed to be on Pluto, you’d move with her there, too, even though there’s no water or oxygen and you’d drop dead immediately." LOL – thank you Victor, you never disappoint me.
I didn’t feel afraid for anyone in Salem, least of all Sami or Brady, when Kristen walked back into the DiMera living-room until she turned and said "Well, look who’s here. Aren’t you going to welcome me back home"; and then removed the dust cover from Stefano’s portrait. Sensed a definite chill in the air.
Awwww, Ciara wants to marry Eric. Well, sorry baby girl, but first you’ll have to fist fight Nicole for him; and don’t worry about you and Eric being cousins, – you live in Salem, sweetheart, where DNA means nothing more than ‘Do Not Advertise.’
Jennifer, I see no reason why you have to put umpteen braids in your hair trying to make it appear you are wearing several different do’s on one head of many colors. Long and softly curled, with a more even coloring would do nicely, even if it does have to be ‘ash blond.’
Does anyone get why the camera had to follow Daniel’s hand while placing his I.D. card on the table after taking it from Parker’s mouth? Or, was this another attempt to trick us into speculation, sort of like they did with Sami picking up the phone in the hospital? Hmmmm, fool me once, shame on you…..fool me twice, shame on me.
Finally, when she’s bad, she’s so, so bad … Kristen peering out the window, seeing John on the other side of the door, and then pulling her dress back down before she let him was all kinds of hysterical for me. I love hating this woman.
March 10, 2013 at 7:02 pm #38494powerpaw2ParticipantI loved the little smile she gave John when she first opened the door and they stopped the scene to go to commercial. The dress drop was just the cherry on top. I love hating her too!
The actress who plays Anne looks so familiar, but I can’t place her. I’m sure she would like to do something else with the character besides spying and eavesdropping.
The Danifer thing is so contrived. Please get it over with one way or the other!
Glad to see Nancy back. Patrika has such a sweet face, she hasn’t changed at all since the last time I saw her. But it drives me nuts that a woman the character’s age would be supporting Chloe’s BS.
Ciara and Eric were too cute. LMAO off a the DNA comment.
March 10, 2013 at 10:42 pm #38497caseyParticipantsinger/writer Carole King. Ciara could be Liz Taylor at that age. Eric I love to watch no matter what scene. But he sure doesn’t go from A to B about Nicole. Hey Fr Eric, it’s not that difficult!

March 11, 2013 at 7:59 am #38502BonbonParticipantShe looked familiar to me also but I didn’t have a clue from where but as soon as you told us, I remembered. I guess she’s been type-cast. Legally Blonde was such a good movie but the second one stunk.
March 12, 2013 at 12:09 am #38524TFlo1018ParticipantThat was a movie that did not need a sequel LOL
March 14, 2013 at 1:40 am #38562powerpaw2ParticipantThank you Casey. It’s the Carole King resemblance. That was about to drive me nuts. I never saw Legally Blonde BTW.
March 14, 2013 at 12:37 pm #38567luckeyParticipantsimilar to "Funny Girl".
