John’s Got A Plan ….

I’d bet on it.  I remember a while back when Kristen had that hologram where John told her she failed before …. she will again.  Well, I’d just be willing to bet that’s exactly what’s going to happen.   Keep that ole adage in mind: ‘you can catch a helluva’ lot more flies with sugar than you can with vinegar.’  John is going to play Kristen perfectly, while, at the same time, open Brady’s eyes to how she’s been using him.  I’m so sure of this, I’d be willing to bet big money on it.  Might take a few weeks, maybe even up until May sweeps, but my money is on John.  It’s also obvious that the only reason he’s keeping his distance from his dear Doc is because he does not want her to get involved.  She’s not in a position to keep an open mind where Kristen is concerned yet, and her vulnerability glows when Kristen taunts her.  John knows this, and while he would love to let her in, he can’t take the risk yet.  He has to keep her out of it, even though in doing so he knows how it is hurting her.  She’s just not as ready to play Kristen’s game like he is, and I think he’s being smart about that, even though it hurts me to watch how he’s treating Marlena.  At the same time, I think Marlena knows what he’s doing and probably agrees that even though she wants in on his plans, she knows he can and should handle it alone for now.  JMO.
