     Nicole:   "Oh, I’m sorry.  That was so rude; oh, wait – you’re just a house-guest and wearing out your welcome, I am assuming." 

2.  Nicole:   "Does Daniel know his squatters are redecorating in his absence?" 

3.  Nicole:  "I am having such a good time catching up with you, Nancy.  How is that out-of-your-league husband of yours doing anyway?
