For me, the Emmy Committee missed the boat during the times when there was more competition and Days had some really great writing going on. Now…not so much. JMHO

Glad to see Chandler get nominated.
May 1, 2013 at 11:46 pm #39498majencoParticipantPlease! No competition left. Sadly this means very little in the grand scheme of things.

May 2, 2013 at 2:26 pm #39510PattiParticipantI expect it to be totally unrelated to acting.
May 2, 2013 at 6:05 pm #39515DCola522ParticipantI completely agree. Ari Zucker’s storylines are much more front and center than Peggy’s, and it’s been that way for YEARS. I know Peggy is a veteran (although one could argue that Ari is too, being on the show for 15 years now) but I don’t see how she can be categorized as a lead actress. Not anymore.
I’m rooting for Freddie Smith to win… I think he’s one of the best actors on Days!
May 2, 2013 at 9:39 pm #39517DeeLanParticipantI can’t recall who he is or do you mean Chandler Massey?
