But I wouldn’t mind seeing Rafe die LOL… I know it WILL NOT HAPPEN but he is such a snooze fest he can go for all I care…
And I 100% agree it was the released prisioner who did this to him – Nick just probably stumbled upon it. I hope they don’t use this storyline as an excuse to break up Sami and EJ though
I never really liked his character much in the first place. Maybe it’s the actor – b/c for the 2 years I watched Passions I didn’t like him on there either..
it’s just that Rafe is so much better when they don’t put him with Sami. I love the sibling love between Rafe and Gabbi, and I don’t even mind seeing him with Kate, although that will not last any longer than any other soap couple. Hopefully, they’ll decide to allow E.J. and Sami to grow, but I wouldn’t put any money on that either. But, as far as Rafe is concerned, I’m sure he’ll be fine, but the lies and the cover-up storyline will grow like the nose on Nick’s face before anyone begins to realize whose fault this really is. So, get used to it being around for a while, because this is going to involve a lot of the cast; I mean we haven’t had a ‘whodunit’ s/l for quite some time.

I am sure that this is a sweeps story that will taek time to get resolved. I agree that Nick seems too obvious, but how did he get the muffins?
Also I doubt it is EJ, but will Sami believe him or will she doubt him? That is the ultimate reason thaat I feel Sami and EJ cannot make it–she really doesn’t trust him! That it just as bad as keeping secrets.
As for Rafe and Kate, I have grown to like them together and would like to see them continue. It would be unique as a story line. Even though Kristin is a lot older than Brady, it doesn’t appear that way. A good loving cougar storyline would be interesting.
I like Rafe and I too don’t mind him with Kate. I never watched Passions so I don’t compare him with that character.
I was shocked at how violent that beating scene was! I really can’t see it being Nick, because there would be NO redeeming for him after something that vicious. And if all he wanted to do was stop Rafe from talking to Gabi, there would be no need to beat him up that badly. One quick knock-out would’ve done the trick. But if it wasn’t Nick, why would the person stop to pick up the bag of muffins? Doesn’t make sense. They also made it a point to show that the person had a blue button-down shirt on, which Nick is wearing. Hmm, what is the angle here?
I guess if they can push the envelope on sex, they can do the same with violence. I’m not sure someone that took that kind of beating would still be alive. His internal organs would have been destroyed.
I don’t know if I’m buying into what they want us to but I think that EJ hired someone to beat up Rafe and pin it on Nick. That why he told Sami he’d take care of Nick.
I don’t know when or how they’ll reveal it, but I will say right here and now that it wasn’t E.J. OR Nick OR Stefano. What gets me is that Keystone Cop Brady will do her level best to make it appear to be a DiMera, but won’t look twice in Nick’s direction as a suspect. Oh, Hope, are you in for a big surprise when you find out why Rafe was attacked and that it could well have been prevented if you had more information BEFOREHAND. Can’t wait for her condescending butt to get kicked on this one. Hope she’s ready for what’s coming.
I am a Rafe Fan, I didnt like him on Passion, but I love him on DOOL, I would like to see him with Nicole or Hope needs some one in her life .. lol.. or someone new, nothing agenst Kate, I just liked her better with Stef.
