Wonderful show across the board.
Blake was awesome today. He put tears in my eyes when he was talking to Maggie.
Eileen rocks. Sign her to a long-term contract NOW.
Eric M was great too. I even saw a tear going down his cheek.
How sweet was it watching Will with his new daughter! Loved how he kept patting her gently with one hand. Seems like Chandler has been around babies before.
This entire week has been 5 Star Soap Entertainment. E.D. sensational – boy she leaves it all “on stage.” The actors really shine with meaty dialog. Though I have to say Gabi does tend to overact.
And Will being a dad was exactly what I was hoping for.This week I’ve been finding myself so bummed when the show ends! It’s been going by so quickly because it is so good right now. Loved, loved, loved when Nick brought Will’s baby girl to him. Loved Nick’s conversation with Maggie, loved Kristen/Brady/Marlena. Loved everything!
then there’s something wrong with the Emmys! That young man is spectacular. I felt the tears well up in my eyes the minute he walked in Nick’s room. Then, when Maggie found him in the park, I just lost it. I am so happy to at least believe that they are going to redeem Nick.
I wish, on the other hand, that I could feel some empathy for Kristen, because first Eileen Davis is the best of the best female on this show right now. Again, her acting is nothing short of superb.
I simply love Adrienne, and hope to see more of her as well as Justin throughout the Will/Sonny/Gabi/Nick s/l.
Camilla Banus is improving by the day for me, and I’m eager to learn how she is going to make her marriage work and still include baby Ari in Will’s life, as well as Sonny’s.
Marlena’s future is bitter sweet for me, because I know this will all probably lead to her finding out the truth behind John’s plan, yet realizing what he was willing to do to get to it. Will she ever be able to forgive John? I have a feeling she will, but it’s going to take time, and I think John will go away again. I just hope he gets the opportunity to come back (via the writers). The last thing I want to see is Roman interfering with that, no matter how much he claims to be John’s friend.
Most of all, I hope the writing stays as exciting as it has been throughout May sweeps, yet I have this sinking feeling that summer is going to be zooming in on JJ’s drug s/l and Abbey’s dull love-life. Keep it moving, writers. Don’t fail me now.
Blake certainly hit a home run with his acting today (Thurs). However, I am disappointed that Nick now says that he was confused and not sure how he feels about Gabby. The fact that he put Will’s name on the BC tells me he is pulling away from her.
When she asked him if their love was a fantasy, he had no answer. This poor girl has had terrible luck with men. I couldn’t believe that he did this to her. So while he is redeem as far as Will and Sonny are concern, he gets a F for his daling with Gabby.
completely by surprise. I thought he would tell probably her the whole prison story and the blackmailing of Will story, but I thought he was in love with her–I had no idea he was going to say all of that to her about using her and only wanting to be in love with her. Wonder where that couple will go from here–or if they will even stay together.
with a little time and a lot of patience and understanding. I think right now it’s not that Nick doesn’t love Gabby; I think it’s that he doesn’t think he deserves her.
