I think I’ve seen more face slaps on this show in the past week than in years. I wonder if one might be coming from Jen to her precious JJ at some point.

the one the other day when Marlena slapped John, the second time, not the first, she was so off the mark, and the camera angle was such that it appeared comical. You could clearly see the miss. That’s just embarrassing for the actors as well as the director, because it was so obvious to the audience that she never came near his face …. well, it was obvious to me, anyway. I guess some actors can take a real slap…..others not so much.

If people went around slapping each other like that in real life there would certainly be some assault charges.
