Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else…I didn’t see it. But I thought others might wonder about the location of Father Eric’s conference too. If he’s close enough to go to Salem’s hospital, why was he staying in a motel where Kristen could molest him?
He stayed in the Capital area for his meeting. When Roman asked Nicole why she didn’t bring him to a closer hospital she said b/c she wanted him to be seen by Daniel. I’m thinking it’s far enough to warrant a night in hotel but not like FAR FAR…
It couldn’t be too far away cause Kirsten and Nicole got there very quickly!!! Kristen also got back home fast.
Here in Maryland the State Capitol is in Annapolis, which, in some cases, is hundreds of miles from any of Maryland’s 24 counties, so it’s not unbelievable that he would be staying overnight if he had an early a.m. meeting with whatever State official with whom he had the meeting. You can drive to our Capitol for sure, but you would be wise to book an overnight room if your meeting was early the next day. So, it was probably a few hours drive to/from Salem. At least, that’s my thinking on it.
I would think she might have called Daniel and gotten him seen in a closer hospital with Daniel calling the staff to get him seen promptly.
Understand and agree. However, it seemed that both Nciole and Kirsten got there VERY quickly. So why stay over night? Nicole realized he forgot some papers and poof–she was there!!
AND inconsistent. If it was far enough away for him to have to stay in a motel overnight, it should have been farther away than those two getting there faster than the speed of light. Also, they got Eric back rather quickly also.
I just think the writers need to think about this stuff a little more closely. Do they think we don’t see these things or do they just not care. I tend to believe the latter.
