I don’t know of a police force anywhere that would allow a female officer to wear their long hair down while in uniform. Is Hope someone special that she gets to?

And, Abby was going on and on about what a great father Jack was. But she neglected to mention that he killed his father, raped Kayla and repeatedly abandoned his family without them knowing where he was for long periods. Yeah, great father.

And I though Marge went just a little too far with Sami. That was way over the top, especially since the whole force was waiting for her to start the memorial. And I don’t believe she would have been allowed to show up there at the courthouse nor would Justin be allowed to speak to her.

I don’t know much about grand juries but I can’t believe Sami would be subjected to all that questioning without her attorney present. Wasn’t she read her Miranda rights?

He has sat back in silence, pretty much doing nothing.

the person considered for indictment is not required to be at the hearings unless called as a witness and if called they are not permitted to have their attorney present. Everything presented comes from the prosecution side and they are not required to present any information that may disprove the case they are presenting. From what I read the grand jury has kind of lost favor because it is so one sided a process.
Also it says that grand juries are made of up 16 to 23 members and 12 must agree for an indictment so I think they were a little short on that yesterday.
