I know we have discussed this before about JJ’s age but today when Jen told him she was taking his lunch money away from him my eyeballs nearly got stuck in the top of my head I rolled them so far back. REALLY? Is he 10? That’s really supposed to be a big punishment for him, no lunch money, take a brown bag lunch? and what high school cafeteria would be serving lunch during summer school anyway? Which was the implication since he isn’t allowed to leave campus to get his lunch but had money to buy it.
And this character, Theresa is that her name?, how old is she supposed to be anyway. Because if she is old enough to be working as Jen’s assistant (which most jobs require a college degree for anymore) then this is really getting into the realm of creepy with JJ flirting with her and all. (Although as discussed on another post, I agree with people who think that she may be a narc and I am sure has something to do with her getting that job, which is just my opinion and not a spoiler). But one second his mommy is taking away his lunch money and the next his wannabe girlfriend is working for mommy. Weird.
And do you think Rafe’s heart rate going up when he saw Sami has more to do with him still thinking they are married and less to do with him disliking her?
And hooray EJ, it looks like he accomplished his goal. Although I wonder exactly what that means for the future of Stefano DiMera. And what’s gonna happen to Kristen when she finds out Steffie is out and now she has to really kiss up to EJ.

of her shooting him, which I thought was ridiculous. Sami has never given Rafe a reason to believe she would ever think of hurting Rafe in any way. I guess this is supposed to be a build-up for his temporary memory loss.
I’m thinking Stefano may have lost the battle, but the war is just about to begin. I think he will still go after Rafe, as well as E.J. The thought of Kristen abiding by anyone’s rules is a stretch, least of all E.J.’s. She will probably still keep close contact with Stefano, which may wind up being E.J.’s downfall in the long-run.
Although there was a lot of filler today, I thought the interaction of much of today’s cast was well balanced. It was nice to see Kayla today and I must admit, I do prefer watching Daniel in doctor mode as opposed to him and Jennifer going round and round about JJ. I also would love to have Theresa be an undercover cop assigned to investigate the drug problem in Salem, and be the one to take JJ down and out. The very idea of JJ crushing on her could leave a lot to the imagination of where her storyline is going to go, so I’ll be patient for now, but in no way do I want to see her reciprocate JJ’s infatuation with her.
Kate and Rafe needs to just go away. I’m no longer intrigued by them and would much rather see Kate in a triangle with Stefano and Cicily, because I do believe a lot of Stefano’s reasoning behind his actions is to ‘punish’ Kate for falling for Rafe, but I do think he is still in love with her in some sick way, and Cicily is a means to make Kate jealous if, in fact, Rafe does wake up and come to his senses where him and Kate are concerned.
I might be in the minority but I enjoy Kate and rafe together. It is refreshing to see mature people enjoying each other, despite their past lovers dislike for them. The twinkle in kate’s eye as she watched Rafe come out of his coma was great. I hope they stay together.
