This is Julie – Hope’s STEPMOTHER!!!
Did they just hire this writer? I’m sorry I would’ve just preferred – this is JULIE. Or this is Julie – Hope’s sister!!! Sorry – I know Julie is married to Doug but she’s also Hopes sister!!!
Sheesh – is there a family tree in that writing room?!?
Haven’t watched yet, but they really did that? I guess the writers don’t know the history and why didn’t the actors call them out on it?
but weather Julie is Hope’s sister , half sister or step sister (not sure which) , since she married Hope’s father she also became her Step Mother and has taken on that role more so than a sisterly role
as a matter of fact the show doesn’t even refer to her being Hope’s sister (even though we all know she is), but rather her ‘step-mother.’ I even look at her as Hope’s step-mother, since she is in fact married to Doug (and has been for many many years), Hope’s “daddy.” So, to me it’s 6 of one, half dozen of the other, and just a matter of how a viewer sees it.
