Not exactly the way defense attorneys tell their clients to dress for court!
And did you nitice she had nice makeup on and her hair combed in an updo but when she was back in her cell, the hair was back down, all stringy and no makeup on again. What did she do, wash it all off?
after all, she didn’t pick that dress out, E.J. did. Although it may not have been appropriate for Court, who was there except for the judge and the lawyers? It would have been worse if there was a jury present. To me it was more of a gesture on E.J.’s part to give her confidence by bringing her what could be considered a “power” dress, trying to make her feel powerful and not afraid. Almost worked!!
First of all she was doing push ups in the cell and was all sweaty and then she puts her hair up and puts on that dress? Gross. I hope they let her shower first. The dress was ugly, too tight and unflattering. Super inappropriate for court.
I think EJ just wanted to bring her something that would make her feel good and give her confidence. But that dress just didn’t fit her. It pulled everywhere on her, every time she stood up she had to shimmy it to the right place. I don’t understand why people think more than skin tight clothing looks good, no matter how thin you are. Not to mention being uncomfortable.
