I can handle frustration regarding a storyline for a while but it seems lately that this show is so full of them it’s making me want to bang my head against the wall.
How can Eric be so blind not to see Nicole is telling the truth. When she picked up that bible and swore on it, that should have at least given him some pause to believe what she is saying, even if she isn’t the devout person he is, she did it with such sincerity and intensity he should have at least toned it back a little and questioned himself.

I know that Nicole has done some awful things in her past, but she has always admitted to them, never denied them (once she was caught, of course). Here she is so strongly denying them, it is making me want to cry for her. Why can’t Eric believe her? Or even doubt his fuzzy memory (I know the SL is making him do it).

November 4, 2013 at 8:36 pm #41559bluebonnetParticipantjacket pocket and dropped the USB on the floor on Friday’s episode I thought I would scream. I just knew that was going to cause the SL to drag out forever and the USB would be lost yet again. Boy was I ever glad when she found it so soon–even in the same episode.

November 4, 2013 at 10:29 pm #41561justwonderingParticipantI feel so badly for Nicole, but let’s face it she doesn’t have a truthful track record. She has done many despicable things. She also has not always been truthful in her many misadventures. I suppose, because Eric can think of anyone who want to do this to him, the only conclusion he ca make is it must be Nicole. It doesn’t help that the clerk also seemed it was the likely conclusion and the name Faye Taylor (although I can’t see why Kristen would use this name!).
Eric has always been naive when it came to women. Perhaps down deep he also remembers how much he loved Nicole. Everything seems to point to her. I guess he is not that great of a conselor to not relize that despite the evidence, she is innocent. It will be interesting how Eric reacts when he learns the truth.
I truly hope he stays a priest and Nicole finds her way back to Brady.
