Umm Will – you were born in November. So this would be a VERY belated birthday party. That was a sweeps moment so it was DEF. in November.
Why didn’t Gabi have this attack of conscious when she was keeping Melanie a prisoner? GMAB. I have a hard time accepting that she is dealing with all of this. I’m not a fan of CB so maybe that’s part of the problem.
Kate sure looked like a cougar with her animal print coat LOL… I know she’s not (and Rafe would be too old to be a target for a cougar anyway) but the animal print made me think of that first HA HA
Sami & EJ = Magic!!! MAGIC MAGIC MAGIC. What a real and RAW conversation. LOVED IT!!! This is the couple you want to root for (if you like them together of course.) Trials and tribulations. THIS is how you flesh out a couple. THIS is how you give them obstacles. Jen/Dan – you can’t root for them b/c they haven’t been through anything. SAMI/EJ have been thru EVERYTHING and seeing them like this together – WOW!!! EPIC!!!!
Hey J.J. – I think the court would probably equally distrust YOU and the other criminal. There’s no evidence on that video that you were smoking weed THAT NIGHT. Just say the video was old. And what’s with blackmail videos being positioned as something you can use in court. I can totally see using it to blackmail a lover etc. But anyone who blackmails with the intent of bringing it to a court room (which you wouldn’t be able to) is just laughable – especially when you yourself are a criminal.
but it wouldn’t be the first date of birth, or death, or marriage that this show has screwed up. I just chalk it up to bad research.
Gabi is another one I cannot wait to see leave. She has been doing better with her acting, though, I’ll give her that; but, the character has been a complete fail for me and May sweeps cannot come soon enough, IMO. I don’t know if Nick is dead or alive, but this storyline is dead as far as I’m concerned. Too bad, because Blake Berris is a terrific actor and if he is, in fact, dead, he is another victim of a horrible exit. There are so many other avenues they could have traveled down where Nick is/was concerned. Very disappointed with the one they chose.
I agree about Kate being depicted as a “cougar” — Rafe is in his 40’s and Kate is mid-50’s — that’s not a cougar to me either, although I will be glad to see their sexual relationship come to an end. I am interested in Jordon’s hidden identity, though, and still can’t figure out what that is, but it’s certainly better than watching Rafe go into his new place with Kate barging in all hours of the day/night, disrobing as she walks from the door to the bed. Enough!
E.J. an Sami —- can’t get enough of these two. Finally, they are being portrayed like the E.J./Sami I have always wanted to see. Just need for them to now get over their hidden agendas and never again be afraid to tell the other the truth, no matter what it is.
I’m finally beginning to stomach JJ without wanting to strangle him with my bare hands, but Theresa and Anne can both go, and I don’t care how good the actors are in their roles. I don’t even want to see them redeemed — killed off is my preference. I don’t even see the purpose of bringing back Shane and Kim for this wench, and Anne needs an ass-kicking, the likes of which no woman on this show has ever received. Pulverize that bi*ch, as far as I’m concerned.
Galen is 42 and Lauren is staring down 61 in March. Good enough for cougar status for me, 19 years? However, Rafe in that white shirt (which he’s worn on several occasions) could make even ME go after him…grrrrrooowwww…
Regarding Sami and EJ, as I said in another thread, I would have liked the scene if not for the WAY over the top screaming at each other. I thought only fish wives did that.
Patti, no way in hell is Nick dead. You heard it here.
And again, with Teresa, I just didn’t believe she was reformed. There were two many little smiles and smirks from her before. But I’m with you, send her back to LA and toss her in the clink and throw away the key. I can actually stand Anne much easier (and that’s not saying much) than Teresa.
And TFlo, I don’t think JJ is worried about that video in court, it’s the police that would glom unto it and cause them to go digging for more evidence. But, like you said, who knows when it was taken, although it could have been date stamped. Even so, the whole thing is ludicrous. So, he was there, so what?
but I looked it up and she turned 60 on March 9, and was born in 1953. Galen is, indeed, 42, so Kate is 18 years his senior. Have to admit, she does look good for 60, but then isn’t 60 the new 40 anyway? LOL!

When I think cougar I think a woman in her 50s banging a 20 year old. 60 and 40 – eh, Cougar by age difference for sure but that just doesn’t seem as "cougary" as 50 and 20 (or either 40 and 20.) Lauren sure is beautiful though!!! Galen – eh… Maybe if he wasn’t Rafe. But his character is so boring and self righteous it makes me find Galen less attractive. Sorta like Brady – he’s so cute but he’s so dumb that I’m like "eh" when he’s on screen!!!
