Soo….. we got some soft porn from E.J. and Abby. No biggie – we get soft porn all the time.
HOWEVER – what was very porn like was the dialogue…. "I need your John Hancock E.J." "I guess some men just can’t stick it to a woman." LOL… Wow – the ultimate in cheesy dialogue today huh?
the dialogue was atrocious …. not even a little bit funny, but definitely cheesy. I absolute despise the way they are writing these three seemingly popular characters. I think Corday talks out of his anus in his interviews, and the words he puts on paper should never be believed. The man is an out-and-out liar. What a horrid story-line this is, and the characters are so ridiculously out of their realm of believability that I can’t even enjoy them on my screen any longer.
the only reason we’re seeing more and more “envelope pushing” is that sex sells. No matter how inane the SL or how off base the characters. We would still get the picture with less exposure and stupid juvenile dialog. I find it a crock when people defend these scenes by saying they are only out to depict reality. With all the viewer is seeing, I can’t imagine how much or little the actors have covered. I would be most uncomfortable doing these scenes but then I’m not an actor.
how all of us here have voiced our opinion of not really liking to see such graphic depictions. If TPTB read these groups they ought to know that, for us anyway, sex does NOT sell.
Patti, what are they saying in the other groups. Do they feel like we do or are they enjoying these scenes?
As for wearing very little, holy cow, I don’t know how Abby could have been wearing much more than a postage stamp in the shower. But then, many actresses don’t mind nudity so… (Of course, maybe with James???) :o)
Lately there seem to be more and more of them ranging from the arguably funny "Water under the bridge" comments about Nick to downright pornographic stuff with EJ "I want your John Hancock EJ." "He doesn’t like sticking it to a woman." etc. This practice is fairly new on Days and I find it lame.
some are loving them, especially for the sex scenes, but only because they hate Sami so much; then it’s vice-versa where EJami is concerned. They think Abby is a harlot in heat and obsessed with E.J. (regardless of his despicable background). EJami have tons of fans on other boards, and of course those are the ones who tear EJabby to shreds. As with any soap couple, it comes down to who you like and who you don’t, but almost all are of the opinion, as am I, that there is no real love for Abbey on E.J.’s part, just his ability to conquer Abigail, and that eventually they will end, but not before the truth comes out. This will likely happen if E.J. fools Sami into marriage. Then, that’s when the photos of EJabby will come into play, and that this may happen during May sweeps. At that point, I think E.J. will be the one to suffer the worst from it, and he will be left with his manhood in his hand, so to speak. I would certainly hope that once the truth hits Sami between her eyes, she will leave E.J., kids and all, but not before she gives Abby a chance to find out that living hell is real and it’s name is Sami Brady. Of course, there’s always the chance that James Scott will not renew his contract, too, and he and the children leave also. What I don’t think is that someone will die over this mess. Anyway, lots of ways this could still go, I guess.
There was a clip of shower scene on facebook. many comments were PRO this couple. many said Sami said NO so all bets off. Also that shower scene was smoking hot!!
By the by, the top cup coverage on Abigail was visible in early part of the scene. It was definitely NOT my cup of tea. Sure wish Sami decided to join him and caught them!! That would have been a sight to see.

I think all this will tie up the departure of Ali (well not initially but a catalyst to it) and the eventual departure of James (who said he wanted toleave.) I just hope that Sami TORTURES Abby because of it..
And yes Casey… remember the night time soaps of the 80s… More often than not the two involved would kiss and the camera would pan to the right or left and you’d see a piece of clothing fall with the shadow of the two in the background… I much prefer that. Let me IMAGINE what is happening – don’t shove it down my throat.
getting Sami and Lucas back together and have them ride into the sunset? I mean Brian D hasn’t had a whol lot to do over the past few years.
since that’s where they started (Lumi), and that would be very popular with tons of fans, from what I’ve read on other boards. If BD left the show with AS, I think a lot of people would be very content; however, it would certainly be like hitting a brick wall when it came to them leaving with E.J.’s kids, unless JS leaves before AS or BD. Only way I could see that happening.
Well. ..they could start with finding out that Allie is really Luucas’s daughter instead of EJ.! Sami could turn to Lucas when she discovers EJ with Abigail and the sh*t hits the fan!!
