Why can’t anyone on this show mind their own business? Adrienne pushing Sami about this Abby secret. Back off, dear. Abby is not a child and this has nothing to do with you!! Honestly, this character gets on my last nerves.

Good thing Abby and Sami didn’t fall for her tricks, though why should they–she and others have played that trick too many times, so the people of Salem should be wise to it by now. Sami is getting pretty nosy herself by the way–even though she has a right to ask these questions, she doesn’t know that she does.

Gosh, I think I might be the only one who doesn’t see it between them. To me, they have as much appeal as a mud bath.
Come to think of it, most of the story lines fit that bill anymore.
Sorry all.

There is not one single character in Salem right now that I can think of who is true to their character or even who I can recognize at the moment. I can pick apart every man, woman and child on DOOL right not without even stopping to think about what to say. It’s so sad; but, I do find some consolation in realizing that soap writers can or will only write good scenes and dialogue for sweeps months. The rest are just lead-in stories to prepare for sweeps, which is a waste of my time to even watch IMO. No wonder so many viewers drop off the face of soaps during non-sweeps months. Pity, because it shows that when necessary for ratings or for getting viewers interested in tuning in to watch again, these same writers can and do come up with good scripts…. just not often enough. And that’s fine because I don’t imagine it’s easy to write good stories for a show that’s on 5 days a week; but, for goodness sake, don’t destroy the characters involved in those storylines while waiting for sweeps to get here.
