I dunno if my opinion on this will be the popular one but I think it has some meat to it…
When Nick told Sonny that he was "waving around the Kiriakis threat" it got me thinking… How incredible would it be if Victor or Stefano REALLY got to Nick?!? Like legit, we see it on camera, get murdered and dismembered (and I say dismembered so he can’t come back to life LOL.)
We have all these POWERFUL families but yet none of them successfully pull anything off – which leads to us rolling our eyes at the "threats" that they make. We all agree that Blake is doing a FANTASTIC job of making us hate Nick but the show would not suffer without him (especially with Gabi leaving Salem and nu-Will putting me to sleep.) I’d love to see Nick get his just desserts and I’d love to see it done at the hand of Stefano or Vic (to help Will or Sonny) and really show us their teeth.
What do you guys think?!?
OMG, someone is unexpectedly violently killed every week on that show. This week they had a minister and his son facing with knives in their hands, each other being ordered to kill the other one or they would both be killed. What would you do? The minister ended up slitting his own throat. Violent? You bet but it sure gets your attention.
or Gabi will be, but that’s just my thought—no spoiler intended. Something has to give with these two, but I would not miss either one of them, although I would miss Blake Berris — just not in this role.
The Following is amazing.
That chick lit herself on fire… the minister slit his own throat… that girl shot herself in the head. They really push boundaries on that show. LOVE IT!!!
And yes Patti – I agree. I think either Gabi or Nick are toast. Just wish it was gonna happen as I had written
I’m wondering if Mike is dead or alive since they ended the show with a gunshot. I was very surprised to see Emma go, but I read an interview with Valorie Curry and she seemed very cool with it.
I wish Nick would end up working with Rafe in police work. They could turn it around for him, somehow, exonerating him. It would make Rafe interesting again, too. I would enjoy seing Nick as an honest guy. What an actor!
I would be for any engaging storyline that isn’t a predictable retread. Someone please pass the Salem brain back to the writers that penned Will and Sonny’s wedding episode and that Sami and EJ drama that turned out to be a dream.
of killing off essential characters. I wonder what the twins are going to do now that mommy is dead.
I love that idea! I always liked Nick from the very beginning and Rafe desperately needs an interesting storyline (or a shot of adrenaline!)
I’m so happy to see some fellow Following fans on here! Sometimes my husband & I feel like the only ones who watch it. It is very violent and I have to turn away whenever someone goes to town with a knife, but I can’t get enough of it!
