So Gabi confesses to killing Nick….it makes sense since she is leaving. What I am wondering is did she really do it? or is she admitting to it to protect Will?
And I am assuming from Eric’s shell shockd look, Jennifer told him what was going on. Thank God someone had the brains to tell him.
For the first time in a long long time, I can hardly wait till Monday to see the fallout.
since the audience got to see that most, if not all, of the other suspects were not the shooter. Even E.J.’s hit-man confessed that he didn’t do the job. My sympathy will be for Rafe. I loved their sibling camaraderie so much, and he is going to be devastated. I’m going to tear up when she has to say goodbye to her big brother. Hope the writers do the scene justice.
Also, much as some people don’t think it was her place, I could throw a party for Jennifer Rose, because I have a feeling Daniel would have chickened out again.
I’m with you I am so glad Jennifer had the brains to tell Eric…you are right Dan would never have done it.
And, I really liked Gabi’s scenes with Arianna today; they were very sad and touching. That little girl who plays Arianna is so cute and sweet and she always seems to like the person who is holding her. It made her scene with Gabi all the more heart-breaking.
I know we didn’t get to hear the conversation between them explaining Gabi’s decision to confess, but evidently Hope suspected Gabi was the one who found the gun and shot Nick. I’m hoping they either replay that scene with the dialogue we missed today, and Hope’s explanation of why she went to Gabi when she did. I know when she was looking at the photos with Abe, and he mentioned something about “change”, I think somehow that set Hope’s brain into motion, realizing that there was another person in that apartment besides Sonny and Will, and that’s when she suspected Gabi. I just want it explained, since we didn’t get to see or hear it today. In any case, Hope displayed a beautiful tenderness with Gabi all the while realizing it was Gabi who shot Nick, but her motherly instincts played a big role in getting Gabi to confess. That’s my suspicion anyway.
Same for Jennifer telling Eric. Hopefully we’ll hear their conversation on Monday as well.
I really think Gabi did it. there was something, as Patti said, that we don’t know about. Hope realized Gabi did it and I hope we find out the thought process on Monday. But the way Gabi reacted to not going to see Will, how she wanted to spend so much time with Ari.. Hope saying “yes so would I”. All points to Gabi.
And so glad Jennifer told Eric what she heard. Although I am sure Jen will have to pay for it because telling the truth always results in bad things on Days even though they want us to believe the truth is always the best thing.
doesn’t she own any shoes? You never see her wearing shoes and she has to be walking by now. Put some shoes on that kid.
It was cute today how she was playing with that bracelet and she knew to put in on her arm. I am so amazed at what a good little actor she is at such a tender age.
Maybe, it’d just me, but reading the posts, and trying to put the facts of Gabi’s confession together……did anyone notice that (to my knowledge) the only one who mentioned how many shots were fired, and that a silencer was used……was Gabi?
I think someone said that one or both pieces of that information hadn’t been released to the public. ??
who first mentioned that there were three bullet holes in Nick; one in his back and two in front, and since everyone was there at the time she was examining him, I would think that would not have been news. At first I did suspect there might have been two shooters, E.J.’s hit man from the back, then possibly he spotted Gabi and left the scene, leaving Gabi to put two bullets in his front, but now we know that didn’t happen. No wonder E.J.’s man gave the money back; he didn’t even get a shot off to begin with.
