So if Brady sleeps with Melanie that makes seven Salemites he’s bedded tying Kate for most bedded Salemites. Daniel is often accused of being a manwhore but he only had sex with six. I believe Sami also has six. Now as far as biggest creep it’s either Brady or Dan depending on which freaks you out more, sex with grandma and grand daughter or sex with dad’s ex. Honorable mention to Kate for sex with Stefano and Ian. Plus Sami had sex with her rapist too.

Mind you this is over many years for most of them.

Am I the only one who feels that Brady is much too old for Melanie? I really like him with Nicole.

Brady and Melanie’s friendship since there are so few true male/female friends on this show. I really wish they would leave them as friends.

Childish, ditzy, silly. Remember Calliope? She was all those things, but Melanie’s portrayal of them wears thin after awhile, where Calliope’s were part of her charm. Loved her and Eugene together. The good ‘ole days!

as lovers, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I also see more of a big brother/little sister vibe with them. MB is as cute as can be (although that may just be in my eyes), but she acts like a child or a giddy teenager at times, and then there are times when she acts her age and is very sensible, like when she went to visit Gabi. I realize Mel is questioning her feelings for Brady and that’s why she’s trying to keep her distance, but the way the actress portrays the character makes the pairing with Brady unbelievable for me, because she appears much too young for him. Then, age really never makes a difference … especially on DAYS!!!

But I’m really tired of couples that make me go "Ewwwwww" the first time they kiss. It seems like with a lot of the couples on this show, I spend the first weeks of new coupledom trying to not look away from the screen. It’s work to get used to them as a couple. Kate/Clyde, Kate/Rafe, Brady/Kristen, Brady/Melanie, JJ/Eve, etc., etc.

Mel and Brady as friends = magic. DOOL needs more FRIENDS vs LOVERS!!! I equate Mel/Brady to Sami/Lucas – loved them as friends (and schemers) but hated them as a couple.
