No posts at all? What’s going on? Nothing in any of the three forums.
I remember way back when, when we first moved to this site and it’d take me forever to read and respond to all the many posts. Either we’ve lost a lot of posters or nobody has much to say anymore. Pity. I really enjoy the different opinions and the interaction with everybody here…good and bad.

One thing I thought would change in soaps over the years is the pacing. Considering how everything in society is so fast nowadays, you’d think daytime would fall in line. But then the writers would really have to work, right!
My broken record comments: where’s the drama, where’s the romance, where’s the fun? Will there be a February sweeps?January 26, 2015 at 4:07 pm #46386lynnekarenParticipanti just have nothing nice to say, so I’m not saying anything at all. It makes me sad. I don’t even think they do "sweeps" anymore.

January 26, 2015 at 7:48 pm #46388Carol JParticipantI come almost daily to read posts but the show needs help.
January 27, 2015 at 12:24 am #46389JohnnyboyParticipantI really don’t understand what some of these wars between the Dimeras and Kiriakis was all about way back when
each was getting in the other’s territory or whatever.
Victor is into shipping and owns the territory. Shipping what? They said they were not touching drugs so what is it
they were really shipping? And why does a rich business tycoon like Victor was legitimate companies want to be part
of this?
Then Clyde hits town and wants to own the territory. EJ gets supposedly killed because he did not want to expand
the territory as Clyde hoped for.
So what is it all this insanity is related to? Shipping precisely what?
Am I missing something or just not paying attention.
I assume Clyde survives this but I question why Victor would have to go to such drastic measures to get rid of the
competition. He is certainly going to back to his murderous ways that take a page out of Stefano’s playbook.
Sometimes all this is just too muchJanuary 29, 2015 at 11:54 pm #46409Misty004ParticipantBonbon I have been saying this for months…the show is dying a slow death and so is this blog…I used to come on every day to check what was being written and post….it was like visiting friends….now I pop in once in a while.so disappointed with the show and what is happening….i am getting tired of watching it. I used to tape every day. I did not want to miss anything…..now i don’t care if I miss it. i think a lot of people are in the same boat…
January 30, 2015 at 12:00 am #46410PattiParticipantand the stories are not interesting. I still watch every day, but how many posts can you make without saying the same thing over and over again because there’s nothing new to report. It’s so frustrating. I’m hoping sweeps, which started today actually, will bring about some movement, but I’m still convinced these writers will continue to drag the sls out, and it’s affecting my desire to discuss them.
January 30, 2015 at 2:40 pm #46424caseyParticipantis top of the list. You can endure lackluster SLs and characters if the show moves along briskly. Dragging out is so 40 years ago. This is an impatient society now and it’s a sure way to lose viewers. But I still am confused as to whether the current state of affairs is due to writers or the very top brass. If it is the writing then shame on them because they are not earning their keep.
I’m hoping Kristen’s return (w/baby?) will give a shot of adrenaline. -
