Her portrayal with Doc Baker was nothing short of amazing. She was so totally different and IMO did a great job. And it wasn’t Princess Gina either (thank God!!!). Her wit, her mannerisms, etc. were really enjoying. Sometimes I don’t think we know just how talented some of these actors really are. Oh how I’d like to see some of them (Hope, Sami, Stefano, EJ) in a Stephen Speilberg or Martin Scorcesi film. Can you imagine?
April 24, 2010 at 6:21 pm #12413PattiParticipantand that is one of the main reasons why. Kristian is a terrific actress, but they’ve made her so weak and boring and indecisive lately that she’s been stuck in a corner. Nice to see them let her out to shine.
April 25, 2010 at 1:02 pm #12429caseyParticipantI’m still confused over how this happened. How could the accident w/ the boxes falling on her account for this? I could see her turning into Gina again but how is this character explained?
April 25, 2010 at 3:01 pm #12431drea4713ParticipantShe is doing great and you can tell she’s enjoying it, too. It would be so boring to be written so boring all the time. I would think they would love story lines like this, to be able to stretch their acting muscles!
April 25, 2010 at 4:39 pm #1243253tdogsParticipantthat has Hope where she is now, stress of her job, Cierra’s kidnapping, Bo/Carly, and getting hit over the head with the boxes.
April 26, 2010 at 8:40 pm #12452PattiParticipantshe looked like a bad role-player with her rough-tough cream puff routine. And hold the gun right or put it down altogether. Still want to know what brought this split-personality on, but will continue to think that this story line is most interesting. Of course, Ole’ Doc Baker doesn’t have to worry, because I don’t think E.J. is going to remember him any more than Hope will remember hitting him. Spend all that DiMera dirty money, Dr. Baker. LOL
April 27, 2010 at 12:01 pm #12456BonbonParticipantthat caused this personality change. And, poor ol’ Baker, he sure is the epitome of a Hard-Luck-Charlie, isn’t he. I’m surprised he ever made it through med school. He should stay faaaaar away from the women of Salem. Can you imagine if he should get involved with Sami, or Vivian, or Katei? OMG! And I’m not so sure that won’t happen (Sami).
He is a very strange character/personality/demeanor, whatever. He is very attractive (although a bit on the "large" size) but yet he has this kinda sinister look about him and I’m not so sure it’s his acting. Anybody know him from another role somewhere and how he compares to Baker?
April 27, 2010 at 10:11 pm #12488mama_freeParticipantI don’t know him from anywhere else, but I thought he was kind of attractive, also.
