They can’t nail EJ to the wall for hiring a female assassin to kill Ava, without EJ doing that, would it have led to Susan being found alive by Ava, Harris, Rafe & Tripp, now would it, so why the need to nail EJ for hiring the assassin, when this story involving the fraud perpetrated by Gabi & Stefan, & who had shot Dimitri, they need EJ for this story in order to get Dimitri’s shares to get back into his family business, by taking down Dimitri’s shooter & who had Dimitri to illegally get his shares of the DeMira business i.e. Gabi & Stefan?
