EJ’s Mentality

With there being a need for EJ to get wind of how Gabi & Stefan had illegally obtained DeMira shares, who Dimitri’s shooter is, & with how of what Kate & Victor had done to Phillip for what he had done to Brady, wouldn’t you think that with the DeMira mind-set, would EJ risk doing the same thing by having Rex taking Brady’s place in trying to off Xander? Especially, when EJ saw his mother alive, would have the whole story not go anywhere, given that Susan’s alive, do you really think that EJ would have what he had set up to go forward?
