    This is the week EJ gets shot. Spoilers say it will happen Thursday.

    Also, I read today that Dan Feuerriegel had a new pacemaker put in recently. He’s been wearing one since he was 17.

    Wow! I had no idea he had a pacemaker. My 94 year old father-in-law just had one put in. They are different from the old ones. More like a jelly bean that gets implanted into the heart. When it has to be replaced, they just leave the old on in and implant a new one.

    As for EJ getting shot, I think it’s not going to be any of the usual suspects. I think either Arnold or Rachel Blake might do it, or EJ’s assistant who seems to pop in every now and then. I can’t imagine it would be a major character.

    I was thinking the same thing. It would be a minor character like Rita, Arnold or Rachel Blake. Perhaps Rita and Rachel together. Rita was responsible for making Rachel “disappear” per EJs orders. Perhaps she just hid her away temporarily until the two of them could shoot EJ.

    Very predicable. Days is making numerous people on the show look like the shooter. Guess we should look toward the one or two people who they don’t make look guilty—good place to start would be the minor characters you all mentioned.
