Maybe it’s the terrible writing, but I waited to give it time because she was so wishy washy at first. Is she fragile, is she not? Is she mentally stable, is she not? Does she care about her son, because she is willing to leave town because Chad moved on? And now I find it hard to be sympathetic to her after finding Chad and Gabi.
The real Abby is a little more aggressive. The writing right now has Abby as very passive. She only reacts, doesn’t go for anything.i am holding out hope for some better stuff soon.
…just doesn’t seem to have the fire, the depth of Kate Mansi…and for god’s sake…give the girl some makeup…she constantly looks washed out and pale and it makes her look weaker…one of the larger disappointments in recasting since the Will episode!
with this latest episode we’ll find Abby more assertive. I found her quite aggressive in fact when she was seducing Chad. What really set me back on her was almost deciding to abandon her son.
I keep recalling how most on this forum, including me, had problems with KM initially. I too hope this Abby, like Kate will grow on us.
