    according to Days Cafe, Julie seems to have Stefan’s heart. What if she doesn’t really? Since I’ve heard Stefan will come back, maybe the heart belongs to someone else and Rolf comes and save Stefan, per Vivian’s request.

    and the lab. Could Rolf make a heart? We also keep hearing about his extreme experiments. Who knows? Anything is possible on Days especially since people can come back to life.
