    Spoilers on a few sites have mentioned another baby. Is this pointing to possibly Sarah being pregnant or is there a third baby? I’ve also heard a rumor that Orpheus switched babies before the Victor and Xander baby switch. This is just too much for me, if true. I would rather see Sarah pregnant.

     I read that Orpheus switched the babies and it was actually Zoe’s baby that died so Mickey is with Zoe, that’s the huge secret that they don’t want her finding out about.  

    I’d also read that Sarah will be pregnant with Xander’s baby and that will bring them back together.

    I really liked Xander and Sarah together. I’d be happy to see her pregnant. Still out on the Zoe’s baby is Mickey story. When Evan/Christian told her the secret, she didn’t flinch. You’d think there would be more of a reaction if she knew her baby was really Mickey.

    Sarah pregnant and for her and Xander to get back together, too. Also, I would really be happy for her to have her daughter back! So, as convoluted as this story line is, I hope at least some of it is true.

    I just read tha Lani will be pregnant and she and Eli are getting engaged.

    did’t tell Zoe the entire story, just the part about the accident.  The rest is what Orpheus doesn’t want her to know about. 

    I also read that Sami’s daughter Ali is coming and she’ll be pregnant.  Will and Sonny will adopt that baby
